You will have an opportunity to:

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data business unit, aligning it with the organization's goals
• Efficiently collect, manage, and prioritize the business unit's requirements, serving as the voice of the user and the business
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of the business unit's objectives
  Advocate for the needs of the business unit, effectively articulating user requirements and business priorities
• Oversee the entire product development life cycle, from defining the problem statement to rigorous testing and final approval of features before they are launched to customers
• Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance product development
• Maintain a keen focus on budget targets and financial metrics, providing regular reporting on performance and identifying areas of opportunity
• Lead impact analyses of changes to the product, user experience, and new feature launches, evaluating whether they deliver a satisfactory return on investment
• Work collaboratively with Core Data, Data Science, BI and Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in technology-powered product development, whether as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar capacity, showcasing a successful track record in delivering valuable products
• A demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methodologies
• The ability to rapidly acquire knowledge across multiple functional areas of business, including engineering, design, and operations
• A proven aptitude for devising solutions to complex problems with numerous constraints, utilizing sound judgment to assess risks and presenting well-structured arguments in written form
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, content, CRM and company leaders, fostering constructive and collaborative relationships
• Experience manipulating large datasets using SQL
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience working in the iGaming industry
