The Head of CRM Strategy will lead the development and planning of comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role will oversee the CRM strategy team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage data-driven insights to drive customer-centric initiatives.
You will have an opportunity to:
- Design and implement a CRM strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to personalize communication and improve engagement
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM strategy team, including CRM managers and CRM specialists
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Utilize CRM data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM effectiveness
- Drive the use of data to create actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experiences and improve satisfaction
- Map and help optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints
- Help contribute to the selection, implementation, and management of CRM systems and tools
- Ensure CRM technology is utilized effectively in CRM strategy
- Work closely with marketing, commercial, project, product, payments, and customer service teams to ensure CRM strategies are integrated and aligned
- Partner with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality
- Manage the CRM budget, including forecasting and allocation of resources
- Help set annual budget with CMO
- Provide regular reports and updates on CRM performance, strategies, and initiatives to senior management
- Communicate CRM strategies and results effectively across the organization
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in CRM, marketing strategy, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position
- Ideally over 5 years of iGaming experience
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful CRM strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong project management abilities and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle CRM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
