Infrastructure Administrator (Atlassian suite)
We're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Administrator (Atlassian suite) to join our CRM team.
As an Infrastructure Administrator (Atlassian suite), you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and continuously improving Atlassian toolset and the company's CRM infrastructure.
You will play a key role in ensuring that internal platforms - especially Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and CRM-related tools - are reliable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with business needs.
You will support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot incidents, provision users, and work closely with stakeholders across CRM, Product, Infrastructure, IT, and Security teams to enable efficient and frictionless workflows.
In this position you will have the opportunity to impact on:
Atlassian & Tool Administration:
Configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.)
Evaluating, managing, and optimizing Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
Supporting and maintaining integrations between Atlassian, CRM tools, and other internal systems
Working with teams to improve processes and efficiencies (e.g. Jira workflows, custom fields, automation)
Managing service desk queues and Slack-based support channels
CRM & Business Enablement:
Management and optimization of CRM tools and supporting platforms
Translating business requirements into technical configurations and solutions
Consulting with stakeholders and management on system improvements and changes
Contributing to the architecture of technical solutions that meet evolving business needs
Training, Documentation and Governance:
Communicating new functionalities, changes, and best practices to teams
Contributing to user training and onboarding for Jira and related tools
Documenting system changes, processes, and user guidance
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
2+ years of practical experience in a similar Infrastructure / Atlassian administration role
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A highly self-motivated, reliable, and proactive mindset
A service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle challenging support situations
Practical experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management)
Fluent spoken and written English
