As a CRM Automation Executive, you will be executing automated CRM activities in all iGaming products involving multiple brands and markets, testing new functionalities & tools, and implementing workflow processes to improve CRM effectiveness and customer experience.
You will be positioned at the intersection of CRM Operations, Lifecycle, Retention, Creatives, CRM Product, Data Product, Developers and other teams, which will open numerous synergetic opportunities for you to learn, and provide you with an excellent training ground for your future career growth. In this position you will:
- Execute automated CRM activities, including managing public and targeted campaigns, as well as the customer lifecycle journeys from onboarding to reactivation stage
- Handle ad hoc requests from a variety of internal and external stakeholders, such as Acquisition, Affiliates, Payments, Marketing, Commercial, and B2B partners
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement new campaign mechanics, continuously exploring automation tool capabilities to support the long-term CRM strategy
- Test and implement new reward types, functionalities, and features across Casino, Live Casino, and Sportsbook products, and establish workflows to enhance their use within CRM operations
- Implement and test site layout changes, technical enhancements, and updates in CMS tools
- Continuously identify and propose areas for improvement in functions, features, and mechanics of operational systems, and submit these suggestions to the CRM Product team or other relevant stakeholders
- Assist in prioritizing and preparing platform development requests, shaping the CRM department’s development trajectory
- Collaborate in recording and maintaining CRM processes, user manuals, and training documents alongside CRM training personnel to support continuous learning
- Partner with the Customer Support team to address customer claims and conduct relevant troubleshooting, enhancing customer satisfaction
- Work toward achieving team objectives that align with the overarching organizational goals and vision, becoming an integral part of a collaborative and growth-focused environment
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or related role within the iGaming industry
- Strong interest in all iGaming products (Casino, Live Casino, Sportsbook)
- Experience with CMS, CRM tools and data management systems
- Experience with specific tools such as Solitics, Sendgrid, Wordpress, Salesforce and Tableau is considered an advantage
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to work, with passion for exploring new improvements in CX and internal workflows
- Data-driven mindset, with exemplary troubleshooting, testing and reporting skills
- Strong sense of integrity, accountability and work ethics
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn continuously
- Excellent communication skills with English fluency is a must
